Meergranen bruin
A huge loaf cut into halves or quarters depending on family size. Made from a mixture of 100% stoneground organic wheat, spelt and einkorn flour. Naturally risen by means of sourdough culture over a period of approximately 24 hours. This loaf has a large crumb to crust ratio and will stay fresh for a long while. The use of heritage grains impart a robust and aromatic character to the loaf. Cut yourself a thick slice and slather with your favorite toppings!

40% wholegrain spelt
10% wholegrain einkorn
Wheat sourdough culture
