A classic wholegrain sandwich loaf made of 100% wholemeal organic Oberkulmer Rotkorn Spelt. Naturally risen by means of sourdough culture over a period of approximately 24 hours. Rich in nutty aroma, this loaf is bursting with healthy fibres.
