Our signature sourdough wheat loaf. Made from 100% stoneground wheat flour. Naturally risen by means of sourdough culture over a period of approximately 24 hours. This light, yet flavorful loaf is wonderful for every time of day, to be combined with practically anything. This is the loaf we started out with in 2018.

75% wheat flour
22% wholegrain wheat
3% wholegrain rye
Wheat sourdough culture
Celtic sea salt
650gr.

Note:
As our sourdough bread takes 24 hours to make, it is not possible to order for the same day. 
(i.e. we cannot process orders of bread for Wednesday, placed on Wednesday etc..)
