A light and airy stick bread. Made from 100% stoneground biodynamic wheat. Risen by a joint effort of sourdough culture and a little dash of yeast over a period of approximately 24 hours. This short version of the baguette is perfect for anything from a quick bite on the go, to a cut up version to be enjoyed with your favorite smelly cheeses, to a richly topped sandwich broodje.
